We will provide you with a copy of the Data held by us as soon as practicable and in any event not more than one month after the request in writing is received by us. Tenant Data

  1. "Tenant data" for the purpose of this agreement is the data input by you (or for and on your behalf by Bannon or other authorised users) into Property Reporting Online (the "PRO");
  2. You own your tenant data and you have sole responsibility for its legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality.
  3. We process tenant data on your behalf as a data processor. We will only process such personal data in accordance with your instructions and you hereby instruct us to take such steps in the processing of personal data on your behalf as are necessary for the provision of the PRO and the performance of our obligations under this agreement.
  4. We will use any tenant data that we collect on your behalf to provide, manage and administer your use of the PRO and to fulfil our contractual obligations under this agreement.
  5. You warrant and represent that:
    • you will comply with the Data Protection Acts, 1998-2003 and the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR);
    • you are authorised to disclose any personal data which you disclose to us regarding persons other than yourself;
    • the legal basis/authorisation for such closure may include consent, contractual obligation, legal obligation, legitimate interests of your company, public importance and vital interests of the data subject or of another person per Article 6 of the GDPR.
  6. We warrant and represent that during the term of this agreement we will:
    • comply with the Data Protections Acts and the GDPR while such personal data is in our possession;
    • take appropriate and cost-effective security measures in treating the data; and
    • take reasonable steps to ensure the reliability of our employees who have access to any tenant data.
  7. We may provide tenant data that we process on your behalf to our service providers, lawful enforcement agencies and fraud detection parties and any other parties who has a legal right to require disclosure of the information.

Changes to This Privacy Statement

We will post changes to this Privacy Statement and indicate the effective date when this Privacy Statement is updated. If we make any material changes to this Privacy Statement, we will notify you by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you most recently provided us or by posting notice of the changes on this site.
